Israeli Democracy or Jewish Democracy?

Is it Israeli Democracy or "Jewish Democracy", you be the judge. Are you aware that:

* Prior to the 1948 war, Palestinian Christians and Muslims were a two-third majority of the population of Palestine, who owned and operated 93% of Palestine's lands?

* Prior to the 1948 war, most Israeli Jews were persecuted and dispossessed European Jews who made a one-third minority of the population?
* Prior to the 1948 war, only on third of the Jews in Palestine were legal citizens of the country?

* For Israel to become a "Jewish majority" it opted to expel and dispossess the two-third Palestinian majority?

* 80% of the Palestinian people were dispossessed from their homes, farms, and businesses and have been kept out for the past 54 years?

* 95% of Israel's lands (which is mostly owned by Palestinian refugees) is open for development to Jews only?

* Only one of the 45 Zionist Jews who sign the Israeli "declaration of independence" on May 14th, 1948 was born in Palestine. The other 44 were mostly Jewish refugees who escaped their anti-Semitic Europe countries, such as Tsarist Russia, Germany, and Poland.

* Israeli-Palestinian citizens live almost in segregated communities (or ghettos) because development is strictly limited outside their villages? Ironically, the word "ghetto" was invented to describe the living conditions of Eastern European Jews in Tsarist Russia!

* For just being "Jewish" you gain an automatic citizenship in Israel? Plus tens of thousands of dollars in subsidies too.

* Palestinian Muslims or Christians refugees, who were born in the country and later expelled, cannot gain Israeli citizenship? Of course, unless they convert to Judaism first!

* Pretending to be Jewish in Israel is punishable by law with up to one year's imprisonment? On the other hand, if you pretend to be a Muslim or Christian the law does you no harm!

* When the Palestine problem was created by Britain in 1917, more than 92% of the population of Palestine were Arabs and there were at that time no more than 56,000 Jews in Palestine? That Muslim, Christian, and Jewish Palestinians at that time lived in peace with each other?

* Palestinians in the early 20th century owned 97.5% of the land, while Jews (native Palestinians and recent immigrants together) owned only 2.5% of the land?

* Close to 4 million Palestinian Muslims and Christians are being subjected to Israeli laws that are different than the laws governing the 4.5 million Israeli Jews? Is this a "democratically" elected apartheid, or not, that is the question?

* In the occupied West Bank there are "Jewish Roads" and "Non-Jewish Roads"?

* Israel issues national identify cards where the religion of the card holder is clearly shown in bold type?

* Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza drive vehicles with license plates that have different coloring than the cars driven by Israeli settlers?

* Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza hold ID cards that are of different colors than the cards held by Israeli settlers?

* The only form of Judaism recognized by the "Jewish state" is Orthodox Judaism, so most US Jews could not get married in Israel. Furthermore, the only conversion to Judaism recognized is Orthodox, so most US converts aren't Jewish enough.

* Just prior to the 1948 war, Jews owned under 7% of Palestine's land, and to increase their share after the war, they passed the "Absentees' Law" which dispossessed the Palestinian majority land owners who later became "absent". What is even more tragic was the passage of an oxymoron law, called "Present Absentees' Law," which dispossessed the Palestinian-Israeli citizens who became internal refugees in Israel. It is worth noting that the internal Jewish refugees were not dispossessed as a result of this racist law.

* The U.S. funneled into the Israeli economy over 130 billion dollars, which is almost twice the amount devoted to rebuilding Western Europe after WW II!

* Israeli democracy is a facade for "Jewish Democracy?"

* Israel has nuclear weapons, and it was close to dropping one on Cairo in 1973?

* Israeli soldiers use human shields in battle to minimize their casualties?

* Israel killed over 20,000 Lebanese and Muslims (90% of whom are civilians) with American made and paid for weapons?

The concept of "transferring" European Jews to Palestine and "transferring" the Palestinian people out is central to Zionism. Ben-Gurion, the 1st Israeli Prime Minister, eloquently articulated this essential Zionist pillar, he stated in 1944:

"Zionism is a TRANSFER of the Jews. Regarding the TRANSFER of the [Palestinian] Arabs this is much easier than any other TRANSFER. There are Arab states in the vicinity . . . . and it is clear that if the [Palestinian] Arabs are removed [to these states] this will improve their condition and not the contrary." (Expulsion Of The Palestinians, p. 159) Note the usage of the word "transfer" to signify the uprooting of the indigenous population to make room for Jewish refugees. Now a days this is a war crime called Ethnic Cleansing.

Based on our correspondence with many Zionists and their sympathizers in the West, we find the majority of them WISH to continue to live in the illusion that Palestine was empty and it was waiting for its "people to redeem it." But deep inside, they all suspect the Zionist narrative to be a farce. However, their memories of the Holocaust abstract them from reality and that makes them heartless. The Palestinian people has been underwriting their "Never Again" slogan with their homes, blood, and future since the establishment of the "Jewish state". For the average person this slogan may not sound harsh; after all European Jews suffered European anti-Semitism for centuries. On the other hand, to us, the Palestinian people, this slogan implies Never Again regardless of the price; Never Again period. Similarly, Holocaust memories (and the guilt associated with it) are the primary reasons why Western countries (who continue to parade the "Jewish state as the only democracy in the Middle East") turn a blind eye to Israeli war crimes and apartheid. In a nutshell, the Palestinian people are the messiah to whoever caused the Holocaust, turned a blind eye to it, or feel guilty for its victims.

Economic Armageddon

Economic Armageddon
A book warns 9/11 was a precursor to collapse of the world's fiscal superpowers, famine, plague and WWIII

Warning: Today's column is not for the faint of heart.

And before my critics say it, let me say it first: Leatherdale's gone off the rails on a crazy train.

This is opinion, but my gut says feverish doomsayers may be right. This is the beginning of the end of our economic system. And if we do self-destruct, we only have ourselves and our blatant greed to blame.

Believers in a higher power call this Armageddon and the last war man will fight. One such guru, Ronald Weinland, in his book 2008: God's Final Word, warns of the demise of the United States -- where the first blow was struck with 9-11 and now a subprime mortgage bloodbath is shattering the pillars of capitalism with a tidal wave devastating economies around the globe.

Many, I'm sure, will label Weinland a religious whacko with his predictions of natural disasters that'll make Hurricane Katrina look like a spring shower; severe weather patterns leading to famine and food shortages; plagues that will kill man, beast and bird; more terrorist attacks and the collapse of the world's economic superpower. All of this, he predicts, leads to World War III and a deadly battle between the now powerful Europe's economic union and China and its allies.

In the end, "Every economy will be decimated," he writes. Even Canada's.

And in just three and half years, 6 billion people will die. Yikes.

Warnings from others aren't quite as dire. The popular Dr. Ravi Batra -- best known for his book The Great Depression of 1990 and who warned skyrocketing oil prices would sink economies -- has been busy pumping out new words of wisdom. One new book is The Downfall of Capitalism and Communism.

Another The New Golden Age: The Coming Revolution against Political Corruption and Economic Chaos. Here we get some hope. A great cleansing will finally put an end to greed and fraud in our capital markets, and no longer will the rich get richer on the backs of hard-working families.

Batra also wrote Greenspan's Fraud: How Two Decades of His Policies Have Undermined the Global Economy. Alan Greenspan is the former chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve, who many refer to as the world's most powerful man.

No wonder. When Greenspan speaks, markets move.

Batra predicted the hi-tech meltdown of 2000. And all Greenspan had to do was utter the words "irrational exuberance" and trillions were wiped from share values around the world. Some investors still haven't recouped their losses.

Now, critics complain that as head of the world's largest central bank Greenspan should have seen the subprime mortgage meltdown coming. He didn't, and now millions face losing their homes, and perhaps life savings as banks teeter on bankruptcy.

In the U.K., for example, the British government was forced to step in and take over Northern Rock Bank, after the troubled mortgage lender revealed severe funding problems over its exposure to the U.S. subprime crisis. It wasn't long before panicked depositors were lining up at branches in the first run on a bank in more than a decade. British taxpayers are now on the hook for $108 billion US in loans.

Rumours now swirl that two major U.S. banks are in big trouble and will fail within weeks. That's after financial institutions were forced to take writedowns worth more than $150 billion US, while central bankers around the globe crank up the money-making machine to keep financial institutions afloat.

Even billionaire Warren Buffett, known as the Sage of Omaha for his investing Midas touch, has been critical: "It's sort of poetic justice, in that the people that brewed this toxic Kool-Aid found themselves drinking a lot of it in the end," he said.

But is it poetic justice when we all end up drinking this Kool-Aid? Even sicker is while masses get slaughtered, a few walk away very rich.

Take Wall Street hedge fund manager John Paulson. In 2007, his hedge funds were up $15 billion US speculating the housing market was in trouble.

Paulson, himself, reaped up to $4 billion US in what is rumoured to be the biggest one-year paycheque in the street's history. And who is Paulson retaining as an adviser with his firm? None other than Alan Greenspan.

Which leads to this: One very concerned reader keeps telling me if I think the subprime crisis will bring the world's economic system to its knees, what about the gorilla of all gorillas?

What he's referring to is our explosive derivatives market, which grew to $681 trillion US in the third quarter of 2007. That's worth far more than the $6 trillion US the world holds in exchange reserves, or global stock markets with a market cap estimate of $51 trillion US, or the global bond market valued at $67 trillion US.

As market watcher Dr. Russell McDougal observes, "Global exchange reserves, U.S. debt, U.S. GDP, U.S. leal estate, global stocks, and global bonds all added together are only a fraction of the size of this wild-card market." Just what are derivatives? Nothing more than side bets among banks and financial corporations, says McDougal. And those side bets made Paulson rich.

Dada Maheshvarananda, author of After Capitalism: Prout's Vision for a New World, calls this the great casino of speculation, where about $1.9 billion US a day is shuffled as investors try to get rich.

The foreword in his book, written by Noam Chomsky, sums it up: "In 1970, about 90% of international capital was used for trade and long-term investment -- more or less productive things -- and 10% for speculation. By 1990, those figures had reversed." The book concludes the system is doomed to crash, causing a depression.

Dada is an activist, writer and monk who believes in Prout (Progressive Utilization Theory), which preaches economic self-reliance and the good and happiness of all living beings. We don't have that with a global capitalist system based on profit, selfishness and greed, with the world's richest 52 people hoarding $1 trillion US in wealth, while 2.8 billion live on less than $2 a day.

The world's second richest man, Bill Gates, is also critical of the capitalist system that made him rich. "We have to find a way to make the aspects of capitalism that serve wealthier people serve poorer people as well," he told a recent World Economic Forum.

Gates is giving back by setting up the world's largest private foundation with a $34.6 billion US endowment for charitable projects around the world.

One he's investing in, according to, is a "doomsday seed bank" located on the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen, where 3 million different crop seeds from around the world will be stored in a mountain vault.

What does Gates know that we don't?

[I] tend to support the latter view and have an additional argument:...the need to sustain the character of the state which will henceforth be Jewish...with a non-Jewish minority limited to 15 percent. Masonic Symbols in Israeli Supreme Court Building

Masonic Symbols in Israeli Supreme Court Building
Posted on Monday, November 17 @ 19:48:34 CST

This report will shock and upset some; it is one I have put off for over 4 years. After struggling with it I have decided now is the time to write it. Knowing it could be misunderstood as anti-Semitic. God forbid that I a Jew should ever say or do anything that would be remotely considered as such, but I must admit this report does not come easy for me. The fact still remains that an evil force has been put into place in Jerusalem and has spread throughout Israel, in preparations for the end time and the seat of the anti-Christ. For if we are to believe that the anti-Christ is to have his seat on the Temple Mount, then we must come to grips with some truths not being preached today. One such truth is the foundation for such a move of the Devil must be underway even as we speak if this is to happen. Or we simply are not in the end days. This report will prove that such a move is underway and has been for quiet some time. It will be accepted by some and rejected by others, but that is the way it goes. -- The Golden Report

In this report I will use many pictures showing the establishment of the Illuminati and establish proof that there has been a diabolical plot by those we refer to as the New World Order. Showing the architectural design of the New Israeli Supreme Court Building designed and paid for by the Rothchilds reflex the presence of Free Masonry and the Illuminati. I took all but one of the pictures you are about to see so I can assure that what you are seeing is real and in place.

The same families who own and control the Federal Reserve and other major financial institutions have their eyes set on the Temple Mount, and the Holy City of Jerusalem. Just as Scriptures say, the man who will be revealed as the anti-Christ will sit in that place, before the appearance of the Jewish Messiah Yeshua HaMashiach, and many will receive him as their messiah. Just actually how that will come about remains to be seen, but one thing I am convinced of is that Holy men of God will not be the ones to rebuild the Temple, it will be the Illuminati. For God would not send men to that place to perform blood sacrifices. His Son’s blood was the perfect sacrifice; there is no need to shed the blood of dumb animals any longer. Yeshua did a perfect work, and it was finished. But He will return and take control of the New Temple that I feel will be built soon. But before He will return this world will have to get in such bad shape that the anti-Christ can be accepted by most as the savior who can bring peace and order to the world. But then you know the rest of that story so lets go on.

For those who may think this article is anti-Semitic I ask you to read an article on (The House Of Satan) for there are those who call themselves Jews but who are of the house of Satan. And many have found their way into the Israeli Knesset.

Once again Yeshua will enter into that place, the Holy Mountain of God and cleanse it, but before that happens all hell will break loose in Jerusalem and the world. So with all that said I will now show you some things that have never been published before, for the few who are aware have been afraid to speak of it. So I ask you to pray over this servant of God for protection as we go forth with these truths. These truths must be revealed in order for the Body to know how close we are to the Second Coming of Yeshua HaMasiach (Jesus the Messiah).

As this entire report will be built around the construction of this building order by the Rothchilds I should show you a picture of the building. A friend of mine took this picture as he and his wife flew over the area a couple years ago. The Supreme Court building sits on a plot of land opposite the Knesset and next to the Foreign Ministry and the Central bank of Israel. It is important to keep in mind that it sits in line with the Knesset, for we will be talking about Ley-Lines that cross under this pyramid running to the Knesset, with other ley-lines that cross in perfect order to the center of Jerusalem and on to the Rockefellow Museum. Everything about this building has been thought out to the very finest detail, and it is diabolical. The Devils plan has been put into place before we ever had an idea of his plan. He knows his final battle will be here in Jerusalem.

The Engineers who were chosen for this job by the Rothschild’s were the grandson and granddaughter of Ben-Zion Guine from Turkey who worked for Baron Rothschild, Ram Kurmi, born in Jerusalem in 1931, and Ada Karmi-Melanede born in Tel-Aviv in 1936. For those who can make something out of the numbers. It was important to the builder to have everything done according to the correct numbers. There were 1,000 sheets of plans, 1,200 cement posts; they worked on the building for 3 years or 750 days. 20 workers each day, for 200,000 workdays, 250,000 building stones, each hand placed.

The Israeli Supreme Court in Jerusalem.

The first thing you will notice is the pyramid with the all Seeing Eye just like the one you will see on the American dollar bill, it sits in a circle to the left. We will elaborate on this a little later in this article. The larger circle you see at the bottom of the picture is an inverted-cross designed to walk on. It is the only religious emblem designed to be trampled on under foot. At the top of the picture is a Moslem Gravesite, and just out of view to the right is an Egyptian Obelisk.

To the left just out of sight is a god of the Far East.

And all through the building you will detect Hindu Altars. All of this will make more sense as we go along, keep in mind we are talking about the establishment of a form of Government that will usher in the anti-Christ.

There is little proof on the building itself of the presence of the Rothschild’s but on an outside wall we find these two items.

Pointing to the garden that displays the Egyptian obelisk.

Giving recognition to the Rothschilds, you will notice the Rothschilds emblem at the top. It is the symbol for the founder of the Rothschild Dynasty and his five sons, who established central banks throughout Europe. The Rothschilds made several stipulations with the Israeli Government before the building began, among them were. The Rothschilds would pick the plot of land to build the Supreme Court; they would use their own architects, and no one would ever know how much the building cost. It took them four years to build this structure with many secrets built into it.

After passing through security the first thing you will notice on the left wall is a large picture.

From the left you will see Teddy Kollek, then Lord Rothschild, on the right standing you will see Shimon Peres, and setting at the bottom left Yhzhak Rabin. And others who brought us the Olso death process that we are now faced with.

But this is where our journey begins as we begin to enter into the building, for this entire journey is intended to bring one from darkness into the light, and become an Illuminated one.

You first enter into an area with very dim lighting, but as you look up the stairs you see the bright light that comes from a very large window that over looks parts of Jerusalem.

Here it is very important to count the steps; there are three sets of 10 steps, making a total of 30. As you ascend these 30 steps you come from the darkness into the light. And from here you can see the world or in this case the city of Jerusalem like you haven’t seen it before. It is also worth mentioning that on the left side you will see the old Jerusalem Stone, some even believe these same stones were used in the second Temple, but I have no way to prove that. On the other side you will see the smooth modern wall. There are 6 lamp stands going up that speaks to man in his journey to gain knowledge and become illuminated. But once again I feel it necessary to tell you that it’s very important to the ones who built this building that everything be perfect and in their order of things, even numerically.

As we turn to the left and begin to walk towards the Pyramid we notice a metal strip in the marble floor. The Ley-Lines cross directly under the pyramid they run from this place to different places in the city. It is where the Judges and others can stand to receive knowledge and power. Standing directly over a piece of crystal with the all Seeing Eye of Lucifer the light bearer above them.

For those who are not aware of the term Ley-Lines, it is lines in geographical places that Witches, Warlock, and Wizards walk claiming for the Devil. If you will notice in every large city all palm readers and such are usually on the same street that is a ley-line.

Here is a map of Jerusalem, you can see that the Supreme Court Building and the Knesset are connected with one straight line, and at a 90% angle to that line half way is a Ley-line that runs perpendicular. That line runs straight down the middle of a street known as Ben Yehuda, a place where all the crazies meet, and at any given day you can find at least one who calls himself Elijah or Moses. Israelis call Ben Yehuda the freak show. That line runs on to the Rockefeller Museum; and from the Rockefeller Museum a line runs through the Moslem Quarters to the Temple Mount.

I will make this map a little larger to help you out some.

Just before entering under the pyramid there is a window you can look up at the pyramid, you will notice the ley-line that runs to the center of the pyramid.

For a moment lets go back to the top of the 30 steps, as we know there are 33 degrees in Free Masonry but the last three are the ones of higher learning and preparations to enter the Illuminati. So as we move from the top of the stairs towards the Pyramid we see a great library with three tiers to those three levels of higher learner. They three final steps in Free Masonry and after that if ones choose to go higher and have been accepted they enter the highest levels of the Illuminati. It is also important in this building to note that the 33rd level ends at the base of the Pyramid.

This is a very large and expensive Library, but there is something else about this one that should be mentioned. The first tier is "only" for Lawyers; the second tier is "only" for setting Judges. The highest and third tier is "only" for retired judges. Which also speaks of the order of things in the Illuminati, as one must be accepted and move to the higher level before the knowledge at that level is available to them. And directly above that third tier is the Pyramid with the all seeing eye of Luther. That begins the journey into the Illuminati.

Directly under the Pyramid you see 6 squares. Six being the number of man, and each square has 4 sides speaking to the world. In the center directly under the point of the pyramid a crystal so that when one stand over it he of she is in direct line from the point of the pyramid and the crystal below.

There are five Courtrooms, each has an entrance in the shape of a Jewish Tomb, with the opening above the door for the spirit to have freedom to enter or leave. The wall with the courtroom entrances has a curve to it, while the outer wall is straight. There are two things said about his, some say it speaks to the straight line of Justice, and the curve line of Mercy, yet others say it speaks of order out of chaos. The motto of the Illuminati. There are three Judges who set in each courtroom, and above the seats of the Judges there are smaller pyramids that shed light onto the Judges as they sit over those who are brought up from the prisons cells below. The Judges chambers are above the courtrooms and they come down to bring light to those who are brought up from below.

I have done a small cut away from the whole plan of the building in order to show you the design of a Jewish Miskan brought into the plan, as all the other major religions of the world are represented in one form or another. As you walk from the pyramid you can go either to the courtrooms or towards the Judges chambers. But this is what that part of the building looks like, making the pyramid the holy of holies in this evil Miskan "Temple".

The bottom part of the above picture is the courtyard, and here we find finished stones brought in from the desert near Mitzpe Ramon where we find the worlds largest natural crater. A narrow channel of water that runs continually divides the stones. The architects claim to have been inspired from the Scriptures in Psalms 85:11 Truth shall spring up from the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. For the Judges sit above this courtyard looking down.

When you leave the center Courtroom or main courtroom directly across the opening you find the stairs going downstairs, at the base of the stairs you will find the fertility symbol always present in any illuminati structure, often hidden but always there. Much can be said about this symbol and the symbol of the masons with the compass and square with the "G" in the middle, but I will leave that for another time or for someone else.

In Conclusion

We have just lightly touched on the significance of this building for there are literally hundreds of details that point to the Illuminati and their plans for mankind. But more important to this report it establishes a base for the seat of the one that will be accepted by most as the messiah, before Yeshua returns to set up his reign and rule over the earth. I have no doubt that many will come against this report, and that the messenger rather than the message will be attacked. But I have tried to lay it out with proof and facts much more could be said and I am sure this will provoke others to say them, and possibly that is the intent of this article.

But as we all know God has a plan and it will not be stopped or detoured. Part of His plan is for His people the Jews to return home to Israel. For some Scriptures on that you could read the following verses. Isa. 60:9, Isa. 43:5-6, Jer. 16:14-15, Jer. 16:16, Isa. 49:22, Exe. 36:8 Eze. 36:24, Eze. 37:12, Eze. 39:28 just to mention a few.

So as always I will close with by asking you to pray about helping us purchase the needed vessel for that purpose.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for our son Joel and all the IDF soldiers, for al those who have come to fight the Islamic enemy. Shalom, jerry golden

Basic Firearms Quiz

Now see the answers below
to the Basic Firearms Quiz you completed:

1) Which of the following handguns would you consider the best for general self defense?

* Single Action Revolver, example: Colt Peacemaker
* Double Action Revolver, example: Smith and Wesson Model 29
* Double Action Semi-auto, example: Beretta 92F
* Single Action Semi-auto: example: Colt 1911
* Safe Action Semi-Auto: example: Glock
* Action Adventure Hero Auto: example: UFP2000

Answer to Question #1: At Front Sight our motto is, “Any Gun Will Do — If You Will Do!” meaning YOU are the weapon and your firearm is just a tool. You don’t need a new gun or a specific model of gun to attend a course with us. Bring what you have and we will train you to use it better than 99% of the gun-owning population. You have my personal guarantee on it.

Any gun will do — if you will do… but there are some choices in handguns that are better than others.

What you want in a defensive handgun is reliability and simplicity. Why? Because in a real gun fight you will only be about half as good as you are on your best day at the range, simply from the stress of a lethal encounter. This is due to the adverse effects of adrenalin on your dexterity. Gross motor movements become stronger, but fine motor coordination deteriorates. Manipulating your gun and hitting your target require fine motor coordination.

Most of the major gun manufacturers produce reliable guns, meaning they go “bang” each time you press the trigger. So, we don’t need to discuss reliability. What we do need to discuss is simplicity of use because when your dexterity deteriorates from the adrenaline surge in a lethal confrontation you want a simple gun to shoot.

With nothing more to manipulate than the trigger, slide release and magazine release, the “safe action” semi-auto Glock is by far the simplest to use, and therefore is what I consider the best choice in a defensive handgun. I get no benefit at all from Glock for endorsing their weapon. I’m just telling you that I can carry and shoot any gun extremely well and I choose to carry a Glock because it is simple to shoot well in a gun fight.

The Single Action Semi-auto (1911 Style) is in second place because it has a safety lever to contend with.

The Double Action Semi-auto is in third place because of its decocking lever and both single action and double action trigger.

The Double Action Revolver is slightly behind the Double Action Semi-auto due to both single and double action trigger and the additional dexterity and time required for reloading.

Single Action Revolver can be mastered but takes so much time you would only carry it if that was all you had to choose from.

The "Action Adventure Hero Auto" is the gun we all want (UFP2000 means Unlimited Fire Power 2000). Never needs reloading, never misses, and never malfunctions. You have to be a Hollywood action adventure star to get one.

Again, the correct answer to question #1 is: Safe Action Semi-auto Glock

2) Which gun would you consider the best for immediate general home defense?

* Handgun
* Shotgun
* Rifle

Answer to Question #2: The best gun for general home defense is the one you have in your hand at the time you need it. If your guns are so inaccessible as to take you 30 seconds to 1 minute or more to access them when you hear breaking glass in the middle of the night or someone pounding down your door, it really doesn’t matter what gun you call your home defense gun because you won’t have the time to get to it.

There is also the question of maneuverability with a gun. The longer the gun, the more difficult it is to use in the close confines of hallways and doorways.

Most of you answer “shotgun” because of the impact of the sound of racking the shotgun action in scaring away an intruder.” A better reason to chose a shotgun for home defense is because the pattern of the shot doesn’t require as precise an aim as a rifle or handgun, especially in low light conditions. Also, the stopping power of the shotgun is significantly greater than the handgun while not presenting the problem of over-penetration that the rifle creates.

So, “shotgun” is a good answer if you can safely access it immediately. However, most gun training experts first reach for a full-size, major-caliber handgun with a dedicated light attached so they have something of power and target identification immediately in their hand, then they move to secure their shotgun, submachine gun, or rifle.

Again, the correct answer to question #2 is: Handgun

3) What method do you consider the best for everyday carrying of a concealed handgun?

* Ankle holster, covered by pant leg
* Belly band holster covered by shirt
* Fanny pack holster worn around the waist
* Holster on outside of belt covered by shirt, vest, or jacket
* Inside the waistband holster covered by shirt, vest or jacket
* Shoulder holster
* No holster, gun tucked inside pants

Answer to Question #3: The most common method of carrying a concealed handgun is “no holster, gun tucked inside the pants.” While this is the by far the most common method, it is not the best method. In fact, it takes advanced training and skill to carry in this manner and still be able to consistently present the weapon quickly and efficiently from concealment.

I go into great detail on the pros and cons of all the methods of concealed carry in my Gun Training Reports. But the short answer here is this: You want a balance of the utmost concealment in all manners of dress and weather conditions with allowing a consistently fast presentation of the handgun. Therefore the best method for everyday carrying of a concealed handgun is “inside the waistband holster covered by shirt, vest, or jacket.” See my Gun Training Reports for a complete explanation on all methods of concealed carry.

Again, the correct answer to question #3 is: Inside the waistband holster covered by a shirt, vest, or jacket.

4) On a new defensive handgun, fresh out of the box that seems to be shooting a few inches low at 10 yards, what do you feel is most likely causing the low shots?

* The barrel needs to be oiled
* The sights need to be adjusted
* You are not pressing the trigger correctly.
* The gun needs to be sent back to the manufacturer
* Most handguns out of the box shoot a few inches low at ten yards

Answer to Question #4: On the first day of a defensive handgun course at Front Sight, we often hear many students tell us that they think their gun needs to be sent back to the factory for a sight modification because the gun shoots “way low.” In reality, 99% of all fixed-sight guns come out of the box perfectly sighted to hit where you are aiming at conversational distances — those distances you are most likely to engage in a gunfight. Students don’t believe us, so we include a drill in the first day of the Two-Day and Four-Day Defensive Handgun Courses called the “Diagnostic Trigger Drill.” The first step to the Diagnostic Trigger Drill involves the instructor shooting the gun for the student. Much to the student’s surprise, in the instructor’s hands, the gun shoots “way center!”

The reason the gun shoots low for the student is because the student is not getting a “surprise trigger break” and instead is “making the gun shoot” which causes the gun muzzle to dip ever so slightly. As distances increase, this slight dip at the muzzle results in hits that are a few to several inches low at 10-15 yards and complete misses at 25 yards.

The problem is with the students“ trigger control. This is corrected by the remainder of the diagnostic trigger drills and the corrections reinforced through the remainder of the course. This takes students to the point where they can shoot one ragged hole with multiple rounds at the same distance that they previously thought the gun was shooting “way low!”

Again, the correct answer to question # 4 is: You are not pressing the trigger correctly.

5) What should you do if you are “Cross Dominant” and shooting a handgun?

* A. Learn to shoot with your non dominant hand
* B. Learn to shoot keeping both eyes open all the time
* C. Close your non-dominant eye, turn your head slightly and use your dominant eye
* A and B
* See a psychiatrist
* None of the above, close both eyes

Answer to Question #5: “Cross dominance” is an interesting situation that affects over 10% of the shooting population. It occurs when the dominant eye is on the opposite side of the body from the dominant hand. If you shoot right handed, it works best if your right eye is dominant. In over 10% of the cases, a right handed shooter has a dominant left eye or vice versa.

Learning to shoot with your non dominant hand can be done, but it (just like a proficient switch hitter in baseball) takes lots of practice. Learning to shoot with both eyes open is exceptionally difficult for people that are cross dominant as well as people who have a strong dominant eye.

So the correct answer is to simply squint or close the non dominant eye (in a “cross dominant” this would be the eye on the side of the dominant hand) and tip or turn your head slightly to sight with your dominant eye.

Closing both eyes, although not the correct answer, can be done with good results after we ingrain in you, through fun and exciting training drills, the proper presentation and trigger control. Students are stunned to close their eyes, present their weapon and hit man-sized steel targets out to 50 yards!

Again, the correct answer to question #5 is close your non-dominant eye, turn your head slightly and use your dominant eye.

6) What will tend to improve your accuracy with a handgun the most?

* Purchasing a newer gun
* Buying better quality ammunition
* Placing a laser sight on your gun
* Learning the “Three Secrets”
* Shooting more

Answer to Question #6: Most people thank that you have to shoot more to improve your accuracy. This is incorrect and an extremely expensive mistake to make because shooting more can actually degrade your accuracy and cause you to develop bad habits that take more time and training to fix.

Once you learn what tens of thousands of our students now know as “The Three Secrets” and I reveal to you “The Biggest Secret in the Firearms Training Industry” (which I will gladly share with you in my Gun Training Reports) you will know that wasting money on another new gun or the latest, greatest ammunition, or placing a laser sight on your gun will not improve your accuracy as much simply applying the little known and rarely talked about techniques that I share with you in my Gun Training Reports and that we reflexively train into our students at Front Sight.

Because you tested well on this quiz, at the beginning of this page I have given you the free opportunity to receive my 30 Gun Training Reports. In these reports, I share in great detail some of the same information from the lectures and range training that students travel across to country and pay thousands of dollars to receive.

Again, the answer to question #6 is: Learning the “Three Secrets.”

7) What will make you less likely to ever have to use lethal force to defend yourself or your family?

* A. Being alert and aware of your surroundings
* B. Being mentally prepared to defend yourself
* C. Being armed with your gun
* D. Being skilled with your gun
* All of the above
* A and B Only
* None of the above: Hire a body guard

Answer to Question #7: I often wonder when I see celebrities, politicians, and Fortune 500 executives walking around with their body guards if they (they celebrities, politicians, and executives) realize that after aOften, when I see celebrities, politicians, and Fortune 500 executives walking around with their body guards, I wonder whether they (the celebrities, politicians, and executives) realize that after a Four-Day Defensive Handgun Course with Front Sight, they would have skill in defending themselves with a concealed handgun that surpasses the people they are paying to guard them!

We teach more than just how to shoot better than the vast majority of people who carry a gun for a living. The “Front Sight Experience” -- as our students so fondly describe -- is a life changing four days that leaves you with a “comfort of skills at arms.” This change in your level of awareness, mental preparedness, and armed skill creates a confidence that is not cocky, but rather quietly self-assured — and that confidence translates into every aspect of your life. The people you come in contact with, both good and bad, can sense it. The good people want more to do with you and the bad people want nothing to do with you.

In my Gun Training Reports, I will share with you the same information we provide our students — the Color Code of Mental Awareness and Combat Mindset. Once you adopt the Color Code of Mental Awareness and the Combat Mindset as you own, you will be less likely to ever need to employ the skill we teach you in the use of the gun you carry , because criminals will see you are alert, aware, and prepared — and will leave you alone.

Again, the answer to question # 7 is: All of the above.

8) What handgun would you recommend for a woman who wants to protect herself?

* Pocket Pistol
* Small Revolver
* Single Action Semi-auto
* Double Action Semi-auto
* Safe Action Semi-auto

Answer to Question #8: h! This is a trick question for all you macho male chauvinists who feel a woman can’t handle a full-sized semi-auto handgun and need to be relegated to a “Lady Smith” revolver, or .25 Auto pocket pistol.

Guess what we place in the hands of women who have never shot a gun before coming to Front Sight and rent our equipment? A safe action semi-auto — in other words a Glock. Why? See the answer to #1. Reliable and simple to use are what you need in a lethal encounter, whether you are a man or a woman.

By the end of the Two-Day or Four-Day Defensive Handgun Course, the women who have never shot a gun before are remarkable proficient in their ability to present the weapon and deliver two quick, fight-stopping hits. They would be insulted at anyone suggesting that they try a small revolver or pocket pistol.

Again, the answer to question 8 is: Safe Action Semi-auto.

9) What do you feel is the best handgun caliber for general self defense?

* .45 ACP
* 10mm
* .40 S&W
* .357 magnum
* 9mm
* .38 Special
* .380
* .25
* .22

Answer to Question #9: The debate over “the best fight stopping handgun caliber” will never end as long as there are ammunition manufacturers willing to pay for advertising in gun magazines and the “vanity articles” for their products that are written to encourage more advertising.

I go to much greater lengths to explain handgun stopping power and caliber selection in my Gun Training Reports, which I wrote for you. But, let’s say for right now that ALL handgun rounds are woefully inadequate stoppers compared to a shotgun or rifle. We carry handguns because we can conceal them and maintain an emergency defense weapon on our person.

The best answer of the choices given you above is the .45 ACP. Our grandfathers knew it in World War II and our grandfathers’ grandsons are figuring it out again in Iraq. A .45 ACP stops ‘em best.

There are a number of factors that I cover in My Gun Training Reports to further explain the best caliber, bullet weight, bullet shape, etc., to look for in your particular situation.

Again, the answer to question #9 is: .45 ACP

10) What do you feel is the standard response in using a defensive handgun when you must shoot to defend your life?

* A. With a major caliber handgun, two quick hits to the thoracic cavity
* B. With a minor caliber handgun, three to four quick hits to the thoracic cavity
* C. With a sub-caliber handgun, three to four quick hits to the cranio-ocular cavity
* All of the above
* A and C only
* None of the above: You keep shooting until your attacker stops moving

Answer to Question #10: If you “keep shooting until your attacker stops moving,” you may find yourself looking at excessive use of force charges and will certainly feel the liability of explaining why you continued to shoot after the threat ended.

We shoot to stop the attack, not to kill. Once the attack stops, we stop shooting because that’s when excessive use of force begins.

By “stopping the attack” we mean your opponent is no longer showing intent to injure you or is no longer able to injure you. We cover this issue in great detail with demonstrations in our “Moral and Ethical Decisions in the Use of Deadly Force” and “Problems 2 and 3: Criminal and Civil Liability Following the Use of Deadly Force” lectures. You will get some of this fascinating and extremely informative training in my Gun Training Reports and the rest of your hands-on training will occur in our Two Day and Four Day Courses.

The standard response that you should train to have, with a major-caliber handgun (calibers with a “4” in them) such as .45, 44, 10mm (a hot .40 caliber) and .40 S&W, is two quick hits to the thoracic cavity.

That should be the standard response with minor calibers as well (calibers smaller than the “4’s” but larger or hotter than .380) such as 9mm. But be prepared to deliver a shot to the cranio-ocular cavity (between the eyebrows and moustache) to stop the fight if they don’t immediately drop. Our troops in Iraq are reporting that when using the 9mm Beretta’s, three or four hits to the chest are required to stop attackers.

With sub-caliber handguns, don’t even bother shooting your attacker in the chest as you are just wasting time, ammunition, and elevating his threshold for pain by inflicting a non-incapacitating wound. Standard response with a pocket pistol that so many people carry our of convenience is three to four quick hits to the cranio-ocular cavity. There is nothing wrong with carrying a pocket pistol in a sub-caliber, you just have to train significantly more in order to shoot it well due to the smaller packages, shorter sight radius and because the standard response is delivered to a much smaller target.

Again, the answer to question #10 is: A and C only.

Canada's Federal Income Tax is Unconstitutional

Canada's Federal Income Tax is unconstitutional

The constitution gives the Federal Government the right to issue its own currency

Here are excerpts from a paper that was delivered in October, 1991, by Mr. Murray Gauvreau, of Alberta, at a seminar of the Canadian League of Rights, in Calgary, which was published in the July, 1992 issue of "The Canadian Intelligence Service" (55 - 8th Ave. S.E., High River , Alberta T1V 1E8):

by Murray Gauvreau

I would like to talk with you today about money, interest, debt, and taxation. Thank you for your interest and for coming to hear me speak. I'm sure that all of you are interested in Imcome Tax, and the GST. I will no doubt give you some enlightening facts. In order to fully understand the problem that we face today in Canada, we will briefly discuss some important aspects of our history.

In addition, I will try to give you an understanding of how the many taxes we now pay have come about. I will also propose some solutions to our dilemma. But please keep this in mind: our problem is perceived to be vast and complex, and it is intended by those in power that you feel exactly that way, so that you will feel helpless to do anything about it. But after today you will know for certain that our problem is not complex at all, and neither is its solution.

1867 - the B.N.A. Act

As a result of having taken advantage of the many career advancement courses offered by the life insurance industry, I became aware that the banks have exclusive right to issue currency in Canada, as determined by the Federal Bank Act. But I didn't see them printing money, so I decided to find out exactly how they do issue currency. My search led me back into the early history of our nation, and into the history of our Province...

So let's go back a ways, to the year 1867, and look into the pages of the Canadian Constitution, commonly known as the British North America (B.N.A.) Act. Therein lies the real solution to the ailments, both social and economic, that our country suffers from today. It is the same document today that it was when it was written so long ago.

The B.N.A. Act was written in order to establish the legal basis for this country. All laws enacted in Canada, whether by municipal, provincial, or federal government, must comply with the terms of the B.N.A. Act. If they do not, they are then unconstitutional, or in legal terms "ultra vires," and can be disallowed as law. The document belongs to the people of Canada, and not to the parliamentarians or the courts, or to the Prime Minister and the Premiers... It belongs to the people.

The Canadian Constitution was not changed or altered when it was brought home by Mr. Trudeau, as some suggest. However, there was a very important addition made to it at that time. That addition was the Canadian Bill of Human Rights. Today the Canadian Constitution, as we know it, is comprised of the original B.N.A. Act, and the Human Rights Act, together...

Direct taxation belongs to provinces

There are two specific sections of the B.N.A. Act that deal with the delegation of authority between the Federal and Provincial Governments. Sections 91 and 92 deal with authority for various types of taxation, who has authority to levy which taxes, and various other areas of jurisdiction.

The Act is very specific in its direction. The right to tax income, known as "direct" tax, was delegated to the provinces; and it was clearly indicated that any monies so raised must be raised provincially, and used for provincial purposes. The Federal Government was denied the right to levy income tax.

But the Supreme Court of Canada goes further. It states that no level or government is allowed to transfer its authority to another level of government, and if transfer were attempted by one level, it could not legally be accepted by another.

On October 3, 1950, the Supreme Court of Canada handed down a decision in the case involving the Lord Nelson Hotel of Halifax, Nova Scotia, against the Attorneys-General of Nova Scotia and Canada. The case involved the transfer of powers from the Provincial to the Federal Government, and was directly related to the income Tax Act. In a seven-judge unanimous decision, the highest court in our land ruled that power transfers cannot legally take place. The Federal Government was given until 1962 to remove itself from all such power-transfer agreements, including the Income tax business, and scrap the Income Tax Act...

Clearly, the Federal Government has no constitutional right to engage in the Income Tax business, or any other type of direct taxation, whether on behalf of itself or on behalf of the provinces. Therefore, the Income Tax Act is, in itself, unconstitutional, and need not to be obeyed...

The Federal Government can create its own currency

It is interesting to note that the same sections of the B.N.A. Act that disallow the Federal Government the right to collect income tax, did however provide for a means whereby the Federal Government could raise capital. Sectons 91 (14, 15,16, 28, 29, and 20) give the Federal Government the authority, and the responsibility, for the control and issue of our currency, based upon the resources and wealth of the nation. They were given an unlimited supply of debt-free money with which to operate the contry. All they had to do was print it. And they did just that for the first 46 years of our country.

Government gives banks credit monopoly

Then, some 46 years after Confederation, in 1913, our parliamentarians were poorly advised in committing a grave injustice to future generations of Canadians by passing an amendment to the B.N.A. Act (without referendum!) commonly known as the Bank Act. By this act, the Federal Government gave to the banking system the sole right to create the financial credit (in reality, the "money") of our nation. And for the last 79 years, the private banking system has been exercising this monopolistic prerogative of creating and controlling the Canadian people's financial credit.

Well, banks don't work for free... they charge "interest." They even charge interest to the Government. And interest can never be repaid; it just keeps adding up, and up, and up, until today our national debt alone is approaching $600 billion.

Shipwrecked on an island

(Editor's note: At this point of his speech, Mr. Gauvreau explains in detail the same story related by Louis Even in "The Money Myth Exploded," formerly called "Salvation Islan":)

Let's assume that those of us here this afternoon are shipwreck survivors, and that we are stranded on a deserted island. Our only means of survival are to help each other by each doing those things that are necessary for the betterment of our new community, until we can be rescued. One of us becomes a farmer, one a fisherman, one a carpenter, and so on.

Each of us has his own role to play for the survival of the community. No one has any money, and at least for the time being, there is no need for money, All are contributing equally, and all are on the same economic level. We are satisfactorily exchanging our goods and services by barter. But gradually, as the community evolves, it becomes apparent that money will be necessary. Bob already has a house, and the carpenter doesn't need another hundred pounds of fish. But we do need to associate, cooperate, and continue to contribute to the community. There needs to be an acceptable and equitable means of exchanging our goods and services...

Then one day, as the community is sitting on the beach, talking about their problem, we notice another raft approaching the island. All are happy to see a new face, and we greet the new arrival warmly. As we continue to talk, someone in the community tells the vew arrival about our dilemma, about how we started the community, developed it, built it through cooperation, and advanced to the point where we now need some form of exchange to help make the community grow and flourish. The new arrival's eyes light up. "I have the answer to your problem," says the new arrival. "I'm a banker. I'll set to work right now to print you some money."

The next morning, the whole community meets in front of the banker's new house. As the banker distributes the money, he reminds us that the money belong to him, and that we do not "own" it, but that we can only "borrow" it, and that we must pay a small fee for the privilege of borriwing it. We can pay that at the end of the year. And he requests that each person sign the agreement to pay 5%, which is certainly not excessive interest.

The debt cannot be paid back

The first year goes by. The community functions and prospers during the year; then at the end of the year we return to the banker, to pay him back what we had borrowed. But we find, to our dismay, that we cannot repay the loan, because we do not have enough money. We find that we now owe all that we had borrowed, plus 5%, which is the interest. The $1,000 that we had borrowed has now become $1,050. Since there is obviously no way to pay back the $50, which is the interest, the banker suggests that we leave the loan on the books as a $1,000, leaving a lesser amount of $950 for each of us to operate on for the next year. Seeing no other real answer, the community agrees to the new terms, and attempts to operate with less money for another year.

At the end of the second year, the community faces a similar, but greater, problem. In buying down the loan, we find that our operating capital has now been cut by 10%, to $900. We realize that if the plan is allowed to continue, the banker will own the island, in its entirety, having contributed nothing but the paper and ink (bookkeeping) that was used to monetize the community's real credit in the first place. Some of the islanders protest.

But the banker has now had a couple of years to prepare for this day. To counter the objection that is inevitable, he has taken evasive steps. He has used the time to develop credibility in the community to educate us as to how valuable his service is, and what a fine contribution he has made to the community. He established colleges and universities majoring in economics, and teaches our children and our educators all about his money system. He ensures that few, if any, in the community are aware that there is another way; and he encourages the community to discount as ridiculous any suggestion that there could be a better way to finance a community...

The solution: Social Credit

Then one day, one of the islanders decides to take a walk along the beach and deliberate upon what has happened to the community. As he strolls along, head down, thinking, he notices what appears to be the corner of a book sticking out from the sand. He kneels, and picks up the book and brushes it off. The title, though tarnished from time, wind, and tide, is still readable - "The Meaning of Social Credit." The islanders had never heard of this before, but he has not had a book to read for a long time, so he sits down on the beach to read it. A nd as he reads, he becomes more and more interested and excited. He realizes that this book holds the real answers to his island's financial problem. The book describes how a community can function very well by simply creating a Balance Sheet, a system of debits and credits...

He runs back to relate the exiting news of his discovery to the rest of the community. As he gathers the islanders to discuss his find, the banker watches with concern. Is his jug up? Has he been found out? Is the community finally ready to take back its property, and reconstruct it, and once again have prosperity and cooperation?

Friends, only you can answer these questions, because the island I talk about is your country, and the community I refer to is all of us.

The story paints a rather dismal picture of the banking system in our country. Please understand, the average bank manager, teller or loans officer, has absolutely no knowledge of what you have just learned. They are merely pawns in a much larger game. But rest assured, those in the upper levels of management in the finance industry are absolutely certain of what they are doing, and how it affects the citizens of this country... Any system that enslaves and controls a population in the way that our finance system does, cannot possibly be from the Lord. So there is only one other place it could come from...

Banks do not lend out depositors' money

Does anybody here know where the banks get the money that they lend out? Actually, most people assume that they lend out depositors' money. But the Bank Act specifies that the bank must retain the depositor's money on account, and must pay him interest on it.

So, where else might the bank get the money?

The Bank Act also specifies that the bank may create, out of nothing, new credit ("money") through loans, but that it must have a relationship to the deposits. Originally, the banks were allowed to lend out six times their deposits, but today banks are allowed to issue new credit up to 26 times their deposits. That means that if I deposit my $1,000 in a Canadian bank, then that bank can issue loans to the tune of $26,000... Go to the bank, get a loan, and ask for the loan proceeds in cash. No matter the size of the loan, you cannot get it in cash - it must be deposited to your account, and cheques written in order to access the money. No tangible money is ever created; only debits and credits (figures) are created...

Today in Canada, the only source of money, whether private, corporate, or governmental need, is a loan from a bank. But you can never borrow your way out of debt. You can only borrow your way into bankruptcy, at which time you turn your back on your assets and your hard work, and give up possession of it to those to whom you owe money, but who gave absolutely no vested interest in your property...

1917: the Federal Income Tax

Now that we understand that the national debt can never be fully repaid using the current system of finance, the question arises: How, then, does it get paid? In 1917, after finding out that the debt was beginning to build, the Federal Government usurped the powers of the provincial governments and, under the guise of the War Debt, instituted the War Debt Income Tax Act. The Act was unconstitutional then, and it is still unconstitutional today. When it was enacted, it was on a voluntary basis, at a rate of 10%, and applied only to those earning $10,000 or more per year. In 1917, the average yearly salary was about $250.

The Income Tax Act could have more appropriately been named the Bank Interest Debt Income Tax Act; but then, people would have fought to the death to keep it out of effect. Since that time, the Federal Government has seen fit to increase the tax rate as high as 65% on high-income individuals, and has also seen fit to remove the lower limits to the point that, as you know, everyone is required to pay...

And now we have had the GST, which in my opinion is equaly as unconstitutional, rammed down our throats by a group of MPs that brashly and boldly declare that they are smarter than we are, and they know best...

Facing up to reality

Our Federal Government has gone so far away from the Constitution, in nearly every area of jurisdiction, that it now conspires to change it altogether. But that is not the solution. Getting back to the way it was written is the solution...

Each one of us selects his mode and method of doing battles with oppressive government. Some of us do it by speaking out... some of us join non-party political groups, some of us pray, and most of us do nothing. We have a condition called the "ostrich syndrome." If we ignore it and don't look at it, it might go away! But remember this: if your head is in the sand, your butt is an open target!

The Hart System: tax avoidance Federal Income Tax is illegal

I handle my fight personally using a system called the Hart System of Effective Tax Avoidance. Gerry Hart passed avay recently in Winnipeg, but not before becoming Canada's undisputed champion No. 1 tax fighter. Mr. Hart for many years opted to take an aggressive and active position against oppressive government, and he has not paid income tax in nearly 50 years. During that time, he has been imposed upon, charged, harassed, his privacy invaded, and his person subjected to illegal search. But he has never given an inch. He has been to the Manitoba Court of Appeal 22 times, but has never lost.

In 1950 Gerry Hart received a copy of a Vancouver newspaper article which reported on a recent ruling made by the Supreme Court of Canada. He then requested a copy of the ruling itself, from the Supreme Court Chancery in Ottawa. He also requested a copy of the B.N.A. Act, because the ruling quoted various sections of that document. He found, just as the newspaper had reported, that Section 91 and 92 of the B.N.A. Act do not allow for the Federal Government to be in the Income Tax business.

The two documents - the Supreme Court ruling and the B.N.A. Act - have been the basis of his battle, and the only two cocuments he has needed. He has never had the benefit of legal counsel, and has chosen to appear in court by himself. His only evidence has been those two documents. Charges against him have been thrown out of court 22 times. The last time, some twelve or so years ago, Revenue Canada was told that if it ever brought Gerry Hart back into court, that Revenue Canada itself would be charged with contempt of court.

Gerry Hart has never been convicted under the Income Tax Act. As he says, "Income Tax is illegal. Therefore the collection of it is also illegal. Since Revenue Canada has no legal method of collecting income tax, they must resort to illegal means." Those illegal means include harassment, intimidation, illegal search, illegal seizure, violation of privacy, extortion, coercion, and complete ignorance and contempt for the human rights of Canadian citizens...

We have various books and booklets available to help to educate on how to prepare to stop paying these illegal taxes. If our "Tax Kit" can help you to avoid several thousands of dollars of tax, it is certainly worth its small investment. Be sure to protect yourself from Revenue Canada before you get involved in this tax fight. Read the books, and find out how...

If you still have questions after you have read the books, then call me. I'll try to help you. I have not paid income tax since 1978, and I have used Gerry Hart's System of Effective Tax Avoidance. I know it works; I'm living proof.

Ladies and Gentlemen: I've talked for a long time. But I cannot overstress the lateness of the hour. We all know what needs to be done, so let's get busy and get to it!
